All of us here at Snelsmore would like to wish everybody a very “Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.” During the Christmas celebrations, things here on the farm are pretty normal, our work has too continued. I remember last Christmas Eve we were faced with heavy storms which meant our indoor stables were completely flooded, more suitable for fish rather than horses and ponies!
On my Christmas list I have asked for better weather in 2015, a large Christmas lunch with my family followed by the handing out of presents, Christmas broad games and lots of bubbly. Looking forward to the New Year and all is has to bring for us. It’s weird to think that foaling and showing will soon be back on the agenda. here we go again.
